I don’t live in Australia anymore, so I’m not sure I’m going to be able to help you, I’m so sorry! I picked a company that works in association with one of the shopping centres where I live, so it’s a local thing. My parents used Photobox to make their own book, though, and were perfectly happy with the results. Every company will offer pretty much the same thing, I suppose, the main difference will be pricing and shipping.
I hope you find something! Even if they’re photos you’re used to, they look so different in a book! I was ridiculously excited when I finally got mine, ahah :D

Les petits pots de verre viennent de la boutique bric-à-brac de mon village (qui l’eût cru). Décorés avec du papier (qui vient aussi d’une boutique d’ici qui est spécialisée dans les papiers décoratifs —j’adore cette boutique), du papier cartonné pour faire les étiquettes, et voilà~ !
